Terms of Service

By engaging Pensavox for any service — including websites, web applications, mobile apps, or AI solutions — you agree to these terms. These terms govern the relationship between you (the client) and Pensavox (Francisco / Pensavox Studio), based in Abuja, Nigeria.

Pensavox provides custom digital services including website design and development, web application development, mobile application development, AI solutions, and related digital consulting. All services are custom-scoped and agreed upon in a written proposal before work begins.

Projects require a deposit of 50% before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before final delivery. For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules may be agreed upon in writing. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in work being paused.

Upon receipt of full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project — including designs, code, and content. Pensavox retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.

You agree to provide all required content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by late client feedback may extend project timelines and are not the responsibility of Pensavox. You confirm that any content or materials you provide do not infringe on any third-party rights.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately. Major scope changes after approval will require a new agreement.

All projects include 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes related to our work. This does not cover new features, third-party service outages, or changes caused by client modifications. Ongoing maintenance plans are available separately.

Pensavox's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through mediation or the courts of Nigeria.
